Leslie Deen, Executive Director
Leslie Deen, BSW, MBA
Leslie has served as the Executive Director since 2018. She has been working in the field of child welfare and in the non-profit sector since 1997. Leslie has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Howard Payne University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Western Governors University. She has experience in residential treatment, community intervention and prevention services, child placing and advocacy. Leslie enjoys being a member of the Rebecca Boyce Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and is a member of the Ellis County Child Welfare Board.
